Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the destination.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Trend Craze Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and keep you informed.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, where appropriate.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging
We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, the courier may leave a calling card, deliver to a safe place (where appropriate), or attempt delivery again in accordance with their policy.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
